Information collected by the Services
a. When you use our Services, we collect and store your Personal Information from you. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Services to make your experience safer and easier. Importantly, we only collect Personal Information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose. Emfriend automatically lists out nearby Ambulance depending upon their ride status and availability.
b. Once you give us your Personal Information, you are not anonymous to us. To fully use our Services, you will need to register as a member using our online membership registration form, where you may be required to provide us with your name, contact number, email id, password, identify proof(s), residential address or address of place of business, billing information, and other Personal Information as indicated on our Services. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. We may automatically track certain information about you through IP, GPS based upon your behavior on our Services. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Website or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address. We use your GPS location to communicate the location of emergency to your designated or/and nearest Ambulance drivers, Care Givers, Emergency Contact, Hospital and Doctors with communication to the Ambulance driver through call.
d. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
Categorization of Information:
a. Membership Information: Information which you provide when you register as a member, which may include some or all of the following: Your contact details such as your physical addresses, postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and other related information.
b. Service run information: We also collect and store content such as notes, Trip sheets, ride history reports, patient records, ePCR’s etc. that you upload, download or access through the Services. To the best possible extent this information is segregated from the Personal Information. We have segregated Personally Information from the Health Information using complex algorithmic linkage which can only be done by our Services. This makes it extremely hard for any potential hacker to co-relate the Personal Information with Health Information.
c. Service Usage: Information about your navigation using our Services.
d. Log information: Information such as your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, device id (IMEI), device resolution, MAC address, GPS Location, name of the carrier, date and time of request.
e. Transactional Information: Transactional history (other than banking details) about your e-commerce activities.
f. Correspondence Information: Content, information about your correspondents, and the destination/origin of communications between you and any other person using our Services, which include email communications, blog, chat room and discussion board communications, instant message communications, experts forum communications, , membership of mailing lists etc.
g. User IDs: Your usernames, passwords, email addresses and other security-related information used by you in relation to our Services.
h. Stored Information: Data either created by you or by a third party and which you wish to store on our servers such as image files, documents etc. or the data stored on the servers of the external service providers of the Services, while accessing the Services or the data stored by you on your mobile phone while accessing the Services.

i. Advertisements: We do not have advertisements as of now.
iii. Governmental authorities: We cooperate with all governmental authorities, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights, to help protect you and the community from bad actors. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, telephone number, email address, location, city, state, Member ID history, fraud complaints etc., without a subpoena. Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy we will not otherwise disclose your Personal Information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss; or report suspected illegal activity.
v. We may also use your Personal Information to enforce our rights against you.
vi. In addition to the above, we disclose the following information to Users who are chosen to you as (i) your Ambulance Driver “Pilot” and (ii) your “Paramedic” EMT as being person responsible for your well-being: your address, name, profile picture, location (GPS), contact information, your visit history, and your emergency health record or/and (iii) “Emergency Response Physician” as being a person who is willing to assist your paramedic regarding your issue and deliver first aid when on transit. (v) Police personnel within whose jurisdiction the emergency falls in, to enable them in assisting you in case of an emergency or/and (viii) Hospital Administrators to know your issue and make their team ready to treat you: your name, contact information, emergency health record, Patient history and treatment history.
vii. Whiteconch soft may also disclose or transfer Users’ Personal Information and other information, to another third party as part of reorganization, transfer of ownership and control, or a sale of the assets of Emfriend. Any third party to which Whiteconch soft transfers ownership and control or sells its assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that Users provide to us. In such an eventuality communication will be sent to you by email and you may choose to opt out of this service.
1. In the event you are a health care professional, health care provider or a health care organization, you shall be entitled to unrestricted access to information on the Services provided by patients who choose you as their health care professional, health care provider or health care organization. You agree that you shall be responsible for the protection of the privacy of the information being made available to you and that Whiteconch soft shall not be responsible or liable for the same, in any manner whatsoever.
(i) to assist emergency Crew, who may otherwise not have access to the same and
(ii) to keep your emergency contacts updated about your situation.
Please note that the emergency tracker services is being provided by Whiteconch soft through a complex integration of services which include the services provided by third parties such as the mobile network provider, the server hosting provider, the SMS provider, etc., and is dependent of factors beyond the control of Whiteconch soft such as the mobile phone of the User, the mobile network of the Users provider, availability of balance on the User’s mobile phone, etc. Therefore, the response to an emergency would depend on the ability of the emergency personnel, doctors and healthcare professionals involved and such third parties and external factors as described above. Whiteconch soft shall, in no way, be responsible in the event the emergency tracker is unable to provide or delays in providing assistance to the emergency victim.
i. Surveys At times, Whiteconch soft conducts User surveys to collect information about patients’ preferences. These surveys
are optional and if patients choose to respond, their responses will be kept anonymous. Similarly, Whiteconch soft may offer
contests to qualifying patients in which we ask for contact and demographic information such as name, email address and mailing
address. None of this information is shared with third parties, except in summary form, if at all. The demographic information
that Whiteconch collects in the registration process and through surveys is used to help Whiteconch soft improve its Services
to meet the needs and preferences of patients. This may include targeting advertising to Patients about our Services. Information
we gather through a contest may also be disclosed to third parties, as necessary, for prize fulfillment and other aspects
of any contest or similar offering.

ii. Mobile applications
The Users may avail of the Services provided by Whiteconch soft by way of mobile applications as well. For patients, the
mobile application is “Emfriend- Instant Ambulance Booking”, for Ambulance Drivers (pilots), the mobile application is term
“Emfriend Ambulance Driver App” and for Paramedic (EMT), the mobile application is “Emfriend Paramedic App”. All the terms
information on the same.
a. Identity: To protect your privacy and security, to the extent possible, on a best efforts basis, we will verify your identity,
by examining the documents and information provided by you, before granting access or making changes to your personally-identifying
information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note the verification process shall be restricted only the health care
professionals and health care organizations. If you are a registered member of our Services, membership ID and Password are
required in order to access your profile information. Whiteconch soft shall not be responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever,
in the event the information provided by you is false or misrepresenting in any way.
b. Security: When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server
software (SSL) encrypts all information you put in before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect
is protected against unauthorized access. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use
of information, we will employ reasonable security practices and procedures and current Internet security methods.
